PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-Order Purchases

At ATITUD, certain items may be offered as Pre-Order to allow customers to reserve merchandise before it becomes available for immediate shipment or local pick-up.

By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Options

Eligible Pre-Order items may be purchased using one of the following payment options:

Option 1: Full Payment

Customers may pay the full purchase price at the time the order is placed.

Option 2: Partial Payment

Customers may choose to pay:

60% of the purchase price at the time the order is placed.
The remaining 40% balance once the item has arrived and is ready for shipment or local pick-up.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order can be shipped or released.

Estimated Fulfillment Time

Pre-Order items are expected to ship within approximately 1 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Estimated timelines are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Production delays, supplier delays, shipping carrier interruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond ATITUD's control may impact estimated delivery dates.

Notification When Your Order Arrives

Once your Pre-Order item has arrived and is ready for shipment or local pick-up, ATITUD will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their email and responding promptly to payment requests and order notifications.

Remaining Balance Payment

For customers who selected the partial-payment option, the remaining 40% balance must be paid within 5 calendar days from the date of notification.

Orders will remain on hold until full payment has been received.

No order will be shipped or released for local pick-up until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Failure to Complete Payment

If the remaining balance is not paid within 5 calendar days after notification:

ATITUD reserves the right to cancel the order.
The reserved inventory may be released for sale.
The initial 60% payment will not be refunded.
No Store Credit will be issued.

Combined Orders

If an order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order may be held until all items become available.

If you would like your In-Stock items shipped separately before the Pre-Order item arrives, additional shipping charges may apply.

Final Sale

All Pre-Order purchases are considered FINAL SALE, regardless of whether they were purchased using the full-payment option or the partial-payment option.

Pre-Order items are not eligible for:

Returns
Exchanges
Refunds
Store Credit

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, color descriptions, and estimated fulfillment timelines before placing a Pre-Order.
